In this case, the defendant claimed that the use of another registered trademark “xcoin” (trademark registration number: No. 6254961) and the mark “EXcoin” in the name of electronic money and its transaction application issued by EXchangers infringed the trademark right owned by the Company (trademark registration number: No. 6088494, “EXcoin”).
